This approach enables us to provide solutions that are much more cost-effective than a traditional consultancy house and that are also very flexible and responsive.

Our work spans from strategy, due diligence and business development to operational improvement, organisational development & training and change. Our projects are based across the UK and internationally.
Insight was founded by Sarah Thrift, a former McKinsey consultant who has also headed a 250-strong sales force for a UK FTSE 250 company.

Where we come from
We began from the realisation of the need to offer both flexible and pragmatic solutions to organisations.
We wanted to use our combination of consulting skills and operational experience to drive growth and effectiveness in organizations of all shapes and sizes.
We also wanted to be able to pass on some of the invaluable problem-solving and analytical tools and techniques that we had learned over the years, so they could be used on an ongoing basis by our clients – in situations not involving us and well beyond the scope of the original project.
Finally, we wanted to be able to choose clients and projects that mean something to us, where we can create long-term and superior impact.
