Strategic Problem Solving & Consultancy Skills Course
Passing on as much of her skills and knowledge to her clients as possible is one of Sarah’s chief aims in any project she works in. The Strategic Problem Solving and Consultancy Skills course comprises four interactive 1-day workshops supported by follow-up telephone coaching to practise key tools & techniques. You, or members of your team, have a choice between attending an open course held in central London or comissioning a course tailored to the needs of your organisation.
As a result of this course you will be able to:

Cost of the programme is £1800+ VAT, including coaching between workshops. Discounted rates for individuals who are funding the course themselves can be offered.
