Working with UK Department of Health and Brook Advisory Centres, designed social marketing interventions for young people on sexual health. Managed 10+ stakeholders including government departments, healthcare providers, nonprofits and marketing agencies.

Developed business plan and governance structure for raw chocolate startup Chocolution. Designed and tested different products and packaging. Built financial model. Developed enterprise projects for young people in the local community. Chocolution beat all its financial targets in 2009.

Needs-based segmentation and channel strategy. Conducted review of customers and their behavior including qualitative and quantitative research to determine needs. Developed segmentation and target share by segment. Designed channel mix and campaigns to best meet customer needs and behaviors of each segment.

Rural healthcare strategy for South Africa

Reviewed needs, existing provision of rural healthcare and gap in South Africa. Evaluated performance and financial sustainability. Built full commercial model for new healthcare clinic, with modeling of HIV program and ARV costs. Led to increased funding from Virgin and PEPFAR.
