Strategy Design

Creating a strategy the works is a challenging and exciting task. It requires vision and collaboration, willingness to be bold and willing to collaborate.

In designing strategies for organizations, Insight uses the tools and skills in Sarah’s book Designing a Strategy That Works and which are taught in Insight’s Strategy training programs.

These include the 5 step approach to strategy, Strategy in 5D, as described in Sarah’s book.

It also rest on the principles of ARC, that is that all good strategy design is Actionable, Rigorous and Collaborative.
