Our technical experts range from PR and advertising specialists to statistical analysts who run our marketing and customer segmentation and investment and funding experts for start-ups and social enterprises. Our industry experts include medical professionals who can advise our healthcare clients and technology experts for clients in the technology space. We also have policy, development and fundraising experts who work with our nonprofit clients.

Jim, Senior Manager
Jim is a Business and Manufacturing Consulting professional, formerly a Vice President in Capgemini’s Manufacturing, Retail and Distribution group and prior to that with one of the Big Four. This involved the leading, project management and implementation of many business transformations, involving operations effectiveness, lean ‘thinking’ rescue & recovery, change management and performance improvement.
He is a Graduate in Industrial Management, a member of the IET and Incorporated Engineer. His operations and business experience include a number of executive management positions with a technology leader and the world’s leading supplier of construction and mining equipment.

Kathy, Senior Manager
Kathy Bell works as a consultant and facilitator on strategy development and problem solving for clients across a variety of sectors. She has advised charities in the UK, USA, and Cambodia on strategy development/clarification, including alignment and stakeholder assessments.
She has facilitated over 300 strategy workshops for teams across the globe, with positive response including client process change. Kathy’s approach incorporates options thinking and understanding alternate viewpoints.

Nicola, Manager
Nicola is an ex-Banker turned entrepreneur. Nicola has over 13-years of experience from the world of banking and finance. She has travelled the world in a variety of roles within financial services, including corporate finance, transaction banking and relationship management, culminating in two senior staff roles, firstly within Emerging Markets and, lastly, within Risk at Citi.

Axel, Manager
Axel is a Medical Oncologist, educated at Cambridge and Oxford, with a PhD in colon cancer genetics. He is passionate about teaching and writing and has presented his research findings at global conferences, published in, and reviewed articles for, high-impact journals, written a textbook on the management of medical problems in the peri-operative setting and contributed to textbooks on cancer.
Outside medicine, Axel spent two years at McKinsey & Co’s London office working in the healthcare practice, with projects for the NHS, a cancer charity, and big pharma. He has a good understanding of different healthcare systems having worked in the US, Canada and Germany.
He is driven to combine his experience in these areas for delivering high-quality, patient centred care utilising efficient pathways to bring scientific insight to bear on day-to-day decisions.
